Currently our range of protective stands and cases encompass PSA,CGC & BGS standard TCG items. We are constantly working to expand our range and provide unparalleled options for our customers, so stay tuned for our future releases!

All of our acrylic designs are 95%+- clear acrylic, allowing for a beautifully transparent display of your asset. Our products are engraved with our Cardboard Guardian logo on only one side of the case.

All of our cases and display items are designed with your asset’s value, and current condition in mind. We have the utmost concern when designing our product when it comes to durability and protection of your cards. Our cases are durable and protective against bending, and damage of any type. We are constantly thinking of new design concepts to continually elevate our protective minimum!

Our acrylic products currently have the base-line of UV protection for acrylic products, this means that we do not recommend storing your valuables in direct sunlight, as this may begin to fade your product over an extended period of time. We are currently working with our premium manufacturing partners to bring you a level of protection resistant to harsh UV rays!

Acrylic is a sensitive material when it comes to dust & scratches. We recommend a soft, microfiber cloth (or sunglasses cleaning cloth) to wipe over your product if it has any dust you would like to remove.

We are in the process of creating a ‘care-kit’ for your acrylic protection, so stay tuned for our future releases.

All our cases are designed for a particular type, or brand of graded card so we recommend only using each product with the recommended case to avoid damage or extra wear.

Shipping

The Guardian Bumper has a front and back side to it - you will notice one side is much thicker, and has grooves on the inside (front), and one side is much thinner (back). Your card must be placed in the right way in order to prevent damage.

To apply your Guardian Bumper, place your graded card face-down through the back of the Bumper (thinner side), applying the top two corners into the case first. You then make your way down to the bottom and apply each corner gently until all four corners are in. Once your four corners are in, you can make your way around the case gently pushing the sides of the case into the grooves until it is a flush and even square.

To remove your case, you must approach it again from the back side. Louver your thumb or finger under one of the (back) top edges, and slide that finger across to one of the corners until a corner of the bumper is removed.

After your purchase has been confirmed and your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking code. Items are sent via Australia Post and expected arrival times vary between 2-8 business days for regular shipping, or 1-5 business days for express shipping.

Our preferred postal partner is Australia Post (AusPost). Pricing and delivery times are at the discretion of AusPost. Registered parcel post, as well as express postage are both offered, and are in line with costs found on auspost.com.au 

Yes we ship internationally, and currently have no restricted locations! If you experience any issues placing your order, please contact us via our contact us form.

International customers are responsible for any duties or import charges associated with their order. We advise you to get in touch with your local customs office for any clarification around potential import costs.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you change your mind due to extenuating circumstances after you have placed an order, we allow a 30 day return window after your date of purchase to apply for a return or exchange.
